• Already paid tickets are not refundable.
• Consumption of alcoholic drinks is prohibited for younger than 18 years old.
• There is no compenstation for lost ticktets.
• Keep your tickets in the safe place.
• Forgery of tickets is a crime.
• With additional adjustments is your ticket invalid.
• Organizer is not responsible for inconvenience connected with unlawful use or copy of the ticket.
• If tickets owner will allow to copy them, then the entrance will be given to that person who will come first with the ticket.
• Tickets owners have to follow the rules set by organizer of the festival.
• Changes of program and performers are reserved.
• By entering the festival site visitors allow to take their picture, sound recordings and video recordings, which can be used for Prague Summer Festival marketing purposes.
• In case of event cancellation please contact GoOut company.
• By purchasing ticket you allow Prague Summer Festival to contact you with marketing communication.
• For dogs and other pets, the loud festival life is stressful. With regard to their health and the safety of visitors, animals will not be allowed to the festival area and the camp. Please leave your pets in the comfort of your own home.
