Alter Bridge concert cancelled

Due to the current situation with the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus epidemic we were forced to cancel the show date of the band ALTER BRIDGE, which was to take place on June 10th, 2020 in the A-Park Ledárny Braník in Prague.

In case the event is canceled, the organizing agency LIVE NATION CZECH REPUBLIC s.r.o. in accordance with Act No. 247/2020 Coll., on certain measures to mitigate the effects of the coronavirus known as SARS CoV-2 epidemic on cultural events, is obliged to offer the customer a voucher at the price at least equal to the price of the original purchased ticket for the canceled event. This voucher will be issued by the ticketing operator Ticketportal or Ticketmaster Czech Republic. The customer can then use the voucher for the next purchase from the offer of events offered by the organizer, the list of which can be found at href="http://www.livenation.cz" target="_self">www.livenation.cz, or at www.ticketportal.cz / www.ticketmaster.cz

VOUCHER ISSUE PROCEDURE:

The voucher will be issued against a valid ticket either in paper form or electronically in the form of an e-Voucher based on the customer´s application within 1 month of delivery of the application. The customer can send his request no later than 31 March 2021 to the relevant ticketing operator from whom he purchased tickets, namely: Ticketmaster Czech Republic via web form href="https://help.ticketmaster.cz/hc/cs/requests/new" target="_self">https://help.ticketmaster.cz/hc/cs/requests/new or Ticketportal https://www.ticketportal.cz/Article/6234?target=2

Only the person who purchased the ticket (s) for the original event can apply for a voucher if these tickets are valid on the day the application is submitted.

The voucher will be issued at the price at least equal to the price of the original purchased ticket for the canceled event and can be used until 31 October 2021 to purchase tickets for any of the events organized by LIVE NATION CZECH REPUBLIC s.r.o.

By using a voucher for a replacement event, the customer’s right to a refund of the entrance fee for the canceled event expires.

WHO CAN REQUEST IMMEDIATE TICKET REFUND:

If the customer belongs to a group of people with disabilities at the date of this notification, or is registered with the employment office as a jobseeker, is pregnant or on maternity or parental leave, a person over the age of 65 or a single parent caring for a dependent child ("protected persons"), according to Act No. 247/2020 Coll., the customer has the right to request a refund of the entrance fee according to the above procedure and the entrance fee will be refunded within 14 days of delivery of his or her application and proof that he or she belongs to the protected persons.

NEXT STEPS:

In the event the customer does not request the issuance of a voucher by 31 March 2021, or if he does not use the voucher already issued by 31 October 2021 or use only the part of it, the entrance fee or its unused part will be returned to him upon his request after 31 October 2021 within 14 days in the way he purchased the ticket.
